Sketchbook
These are a couple random pages from my sketchbook, I love to stick in other drawings and paper. I love to mix media’s because it makes the page visually more interesting!
I do not sketch often in this book, I secretly prefer scribbling on post-its and other paper thats lying around the house haha. That’s why a lot of the drawings you see here are cut out and glued on the pages.
Paintings & Drawings
I LOVE painting, especially with watercolour! It’s easy to work with and there are so many different techniques. I’m currently learning how to use gouache, very interesting medium, loving it so far!
Before and during the quarantaine I fell victim of the realism drawing hype and wanted to draw like that myself aswel. When I look back on these drawings I can’t help but feel proud of my 14 year-old self because it is not half bad!
Mixed media animation
This animation is SO crappy and all over the place but I wanted to see how the different techniques would play out all put together eventually.
By making this first attempt I learned how to make videos like this and figured out what looks cool and what doesn’t!
I can’t wait to make more of these videos they’re a lot of work but also a lot of fun!
